1. Refunds for Appliance Repair Services
1.1 Cancellation by the Customer: If you cancel a scheduled repair service appointment with Home Appliance Care, you are entitled to a refund based on the following conditions:
- Cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: Full refund.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment: No refund.
1.2 Service Warranty: In the event that you are dissatisfied with the results of our repair service or encounter issues with your appliance after our service, we offer a warranty period (specified during service booking). If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, we will provide the necessary repairs or a full refund at our discretion.
2. Refunds for Appliance Repair Courses
2.1 Course Cancellation by the Customer: If you decide to cancel your enrollment in one of our appliance repair courses, the following refund policy applies:
- Cancellation at least 7 days before the course start date: Full refund.
- Cancellation within 7 days of the course start date: No refund.
2.2 Course Cancellation by Home Appliance Care: In rare circumstances, Home Appliance Care may need to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of the course fee.
2.3 Course Completion and Satisfaction: We make every effort to ensure that our courses meet your expectations. However, if you are dissatisfied with the course content or quality, please contact us within the first two days of the course. We will work with you to address your concerns and, if necessary, offer a partial refund, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
